YOU MUST NEVER FORGET THAT THESE ARE THE REAL ISSUES AT THE SUPREME COURT THAT ARE CRACKING THE
HEAD OF NIGERIA CHIEF JUSTICE.The 3 parties in Court and their prayers are:
1. APM
-Tinubu's Invalid nomination (expired) before Shettima's nomination.
2. PDP
-Lack of 25% in the FCT
-INEC's Noncompliance with the electoral guidelines
-Submission of forged documents to INEC
-Tinubu's non-disclosed Guinean passport
3. LP
-Lack of 25% in the FCT
-INEC's Noncompliance with the electoral guidelines
-Invalid and double nomination of Kashim Shettima
-Criminal forfeiture of $460k
Nigerians and indeed the world are watching to see how the Nigerian Supreme Court will dismiss all these prayers.
Since there were certain grounds that made the Court of Appeal to dismiss the prayers, those grounds too can guide the Supreme Court in taking decision, since law is law.
